The Integrated Drug Alcohol Recovery Team (iDART) is made up of addictions staff from NHS Tayside and Perth and Kinross Council and provides confidential specialist treatment and support services for people using alcohol or drugs.

Alcohol and Drug Treatment:
– Medication, recovery work, signposting, social interventions and harm reduction
Advice and Information:
– Psychological interventions e.g. developing coping skills to support relapse prevention
– Motivational support to help enhance readiness to change and build confidence
Family Services
Mental health support for managing emotions, low mood, anxiety and the impact of trauma

iDART accepts self-referrals and referrals from any agencies, GPs, health professionals, social work, and court.
